Valenterry’s Day Melt-in-the-Middle Puds

For this recipe You need

  • 1 Terry’s Chocolate Orange
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g caster sugar
  • 50g plain flour

Now The preparation


Preheat your oven to 200° (180° fan. Gas mark who knows 🤷‍♀️)


Lightly butter 4 small pudding  moulds and lovingly SMASH the Terry’s Milk Chocolate orange,  keeping  aside 4 segments.


In a pan, melt in the remaining chocolate with the butter on low heat.


Whisk together the eggs and sugar in a bowl until combined and then pour in the melted chocolate.


Gradually add the flour, ensuring no lumps.


Divide the mixture between the 4 moulds and place in the oven for 10 minutes.


For extra Valentine’s points, clean up while you wait (TRUST US IT IS WORTH IT).


Take your puddings out  and allow to rest for a minute or two.


Turn out on to a plate, with all fingers and toes crossed for a melty molten middle. .


Top with a Terry’s Chocolate Orange segment to ensure adequate branding (it’s only fair, we gave you this recipe for free…)

Best enjoyed with a glass of something orange or colour of your choice, in your pyjamas watching a true  crime doc (who says lockdown can’t be romantic).
